We work hard to accommodate all client schedules and urgent needs, most of the time being able to provide same-day or next-day appointments!
The scheduled appointment is reserved specifically for your pet. Any change in this appointment affects many patients. If a cancellation is unavoidable, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance so that we may give that time to another patient. Unlike some of the other local veterinary hospitals, we currently do not charge a short notice cancellation fee or a no-show fee. However, if two (2) broken/missed appointments occur or two (2) cancellations without 24 hours notice, our office reserves the right to NOT schedule any subsequent appointments. We will absolutely continue to care for and treat your furbaby. You will just be asked to come in as a walk-in for future visits.
